On a related note, I know a bunch of people are into November Challenges, and that one particular November Challenge has... soured a bit, over the last few years in general, but this year in particular. Since the total number of higher-level/branching moods is 34, I thought it might be fun to put together a few calendars for creating a mood theme in a month! A quick special note today: In the latest dw_maintenance post, I asked about the possibility of submitting user-made mood themes to be considered for official site-supported mood themes, and momijizukamori linked to this wiki page about exactly that! Some of the details may not be 100% up to date (I'm waiting to hear back on whether .gif is strictly necessary for mood themes that incorporate transparency, or if .png is okay), but it's certainly a good starting point if you're creating an original works mood theme and think it would be cool to have it as part of Dreamwidth officially!
