Time to get our moods on!

This week's Minimum moods are: Enthralled, Happy, Indescribable

This week's Medium and Maximum moods are: Discontent, Gloomy, Anxious

Gloomy is such a great mood for this, IMO! It has a very visual feeling to it, all overcast skies and melodrama. Discontent, on the other hand, is a little harder to narrow down. It's a bit of a cousin to Anxious here, shifting on its feet and frowning a bit, but not necessarily able to put a finger on it or vocalize why exactly. It's not quite uncomfortable, but it's not not uncomfortable, you know? Anxious, of course, is vibrating nervous energy, afraid to put a line out of place and worried about what's going on.

What are your thoughts on this week's moods? Do you have a different take on them? And do you think you'll have an easy time with them, or will they be more difficult? Some of each? Let's talk about it!

I realized I hadn't done any moods with Geordi yet, so I did an all Geordi week.

Anxious - In command of the Enterprise while both most of the senior staff was lost on a hostile planet. Maybe I'm projecting but that would make me anxious.

Discontent - Weird sci fi nonsense is happening and the people he served with on another ship are disappearing which is probably not an experience lending itself to contentment.

Gloomy - Geordi is gloomy because despite being a smart, talented, kind, accomplished guy who looks like LeVar Burton, the writers have inexplicably decided that women don't want him and he can't get a girlfriend.

I found (and maybe kind of still am finding?) Gloomy pretty hard. Any cap I think fits the specific connotations of the word Gloomy doesn't want to resize down to my target size well without so much cropping half the point gets lost. Still have a few more to try, but otherwise it may be "something less specific, but at least visually different from Discontent or Sad."

Anxious worked out, though! Have a kid who apparently shares a(n original) VA with Patamon. There's a good amount of VA crossover between these two series tbh.
