Part 1, Week 2

Hello, everyone, and welcome to Week 2 of the first leg of Mood Theme in a Year!

This week's moods are: Determined, Devious, Energetic.

I don't know about anyone else, but I suspect I'm going to have a bit of trouble with at least two of these. Luckily, I can always check Dreamwidth's server-supported moods for examples! Worse comes to worst, there's also image searches. I'll bet there are some useful examples on your average image search, especially if I include the words "expression reference".

But maybe some of the people here have some ideas as well! Do you have any ideas for how you're planning to approach these moods? Have you had problems with any so far? Are there any moods you're looking forward to creating for? Let's talk about it!

Devious, I have been waiting for. The time for my devil horned pumpkin has come! I'm not as sure about the other two, especially "determined".

In the last set, I had a lot of trouble with "awake," but I think I have a handle on it now.

Yeah, 'determined' is determined to kick my butt. I think I have an angle on it, but goodness did it take some extra thinking! 'Energetic' is also not going to make things easy for me.

For energetic, I'm thinking big eyes and vibration lines around the outside.

Ah fun!

Since I'm making OC art with these, I'll be using situations and/or items that evoke the right feeling... I don't actually expect these to be terribly legible to anyone but me ^^;

I have a plan for "Determined" and a vibe for "Devious." Energetic should be fun, too.

I saw the ones you just posted, and they look great so far to me!

I may end up repurposing the one I made in advance for 'working' to be 'energetic' instead, myself; I'll have to see what I can come up with.
