A family emergency came up, so I'm posting the moods a little early today!

This week's moods for all three tracks are: Determined, Devious, Energetic

Taking the minimal track this year, which means I'm sitting on the first 3 prompts, as well as considering if I want to rehaul the character's journal for whom I'll be making mood icons!

Currently I'm using a lot of red-oranges and pinks for a character who has a spooky setting. I wanted to go against the grain of greys, dark hues, etc for him because he spends a lot of time avoiding his issues, and that comes across as a sardonic attitude in the face of disaster. Since sardonic folks aren't exactly cheerful and chipper, of-tone pinks and red-oranges seem like a good mockery of the more candy-coloured pinks and reds you might see used for aggressively cheerful characters!

(Also, finding time to sit at the computer to draw after sitting at a computer all day to work continues to be a blocker for me! It's tough to wrestle the focus after work!)
